Kade Clay, 21, of Dartmouth Village, Essequibo Coast, Region Two (Pomeroon-Supenaam), was granted $350,000 for the offence of larceny by clerk and servant.
Clay, a warehouse attendant attached to Unicomer Guyana Inc (Courts) Richmond Branch in Essequibo Coast, was accused of committing the act at his workplace on Thursday, March 2, 2026.
He appeared before Magistrate Ravindra Mohabir at the Anna Regina Magistrate’s Court on Friday, March 20, 2026, where the charge was read to him. After the Administration of Justice Act (AJA) was applied, Clay pleaded not guilty.
He was granted bail and will return to court on April 15, 2026.
