The young woman was later discovered by a friend in a critical condition and rushed to the New Amsterdam Hospital, where she was admitted to the Intensive Care Unit. Her injuries reportedly included a punctured lung, but she has since made a significant recovery and was discharged.
Following the incident, Ally was reportedly spotted near the Berbice River by a group of civilians who detained him and then turned him over to authorities.
Ally is expected to be charged with rape of a minor and is anticipated to be formally arraigned as the case continues in court.
