The National Procurement and Tender Administration Board (NPTAB), under the Ministry of Finance, is inviting small contractors across Guyana to participate in the National Registration Process for 2026 for works valued at below G$15,000,000.

The initiative is intended to give qualified small contractors greater access to government procurement opportunities, while ensuring transparency, accountability, and fair participation nationwide.
Who should apply
- Small contractors interested in government projects below G$15M
- Previously registered contractors who wish to bid under this category (noting that re-registration is required)

Important notes
- Contractors seeking works above G$15M will not be considered for contracts below G$15M.
- Registration is mandatory to be eligible for government procurement opportunities.
- Applicants must declare any other registered businesses they own, including those registered in the names of immediate family members.
- False declarations will lead to disqualification.
- Sub-contracting is strictly prohibited for contracts under this category.
