Niraz Sukdeo Sentenced for Causing Girlfriend’s Death in Road Accident

Twenty-five-year-old Niraz Sukdeo has been sentenced to three years and two months in prison for causing the death of his girlfriend, 18-year-old Bibi Aleah Ali, in a tragic road accident on July 22, 2024.

Sukdeo, a resident of Lancaster Village and also a medical technologist, was found guilty last Wednesday. He had been remanded in custody until the sentencing, which took place today at the Number 51 Magistrate’s Court, presided over by Magistrate Tuana Hardy.

The court’s decision reflects the serious nature of the offense and the impact of the incident on the victim’s family and the community.
