Guyana Islamic Trust Highlighted The community of Vergenoegen is rallying together in a time of need, as Br. Wasim Khan, a cherished member of the local Muslim community and a dedicated father of three, urgently requires a kidney transplant.

At just 31 years old, Br. Wasim, the beloved son of Br. Wazir Khan, the Imaam of Vergenoegen Masjid, is currently battling health issues that necessitate immediate medical intervention. His blood type is A Positive (A+).
Br. Wasim serves as a member of the Shuraa Council of the Guyana Islamic Trust (GIT) and has been a valued contributor to the community. His family is making a heartfelt appeal to anyone who might be willing to become a kidney donor or help disseminate this urgent message.
