The allegations stem from an incident reported to the police on January 19. According to court documents, the victim recounted a night out with Harrigin at the Ibiza Bar on January 18, where she later attempted to leave. However, she claims she was forced into Harrigin’s vehicle and taken to his home in St. James.

Police reports indicate that once at the residence, Harrigin allegedly confined the woman, assaulted her, and forced her into a bedroom, where she was sexually assaulted on two occasions without her consent. Following this traumatic event, the victim reported the incident to the authorities and underwent a medical examination.

Further investigations led to a search warrant executed at Harrigin’s home on February 10, where electronic devices were seized for analysis by the Cyber Crime Unit. An identification parade was conducted, and Harrigin was positively identified by the complainant.

Harrigin, who was represented by attorney Larry Williams, is scheduled to return to court on March 20 for a further bail hearing.
