On Monday, 02nd March 2026, the defendant, Louina Garraway, appeared at the Mabaruma Magistrate’s Court before His Worship Mr. Clive Nurse.
The charge was read to her, and she pleaded guilty. She was fined the sum of $300,000, in default four (4) months imprisonment.
Additionally, her driver’s license was suspended for a period of six (6) months.
