Driving Whilst Breath Alcohol Level Exceeded the Prescribed Limit, contrary to Section 39(A)(1) of the Motor Vehicle and Road Traffic Act.
Failing to Carry Identification Mark (Front), contrary to Section 13 of the Motor Vehicle and Road Traffic Act.
Failing to Carry Identification Mark (Rear), contrary to Section 13 of the Motor Vehicle and Road Traffic Act.
Unlicensed Driver, contrary to Section 23(1) of the Motor Vehicle and Road Traffic Act.
Unlicensed Motor Vehicle, contrary to Section 22(1) of the Motor Vehicle and Road Traffic Act.
Uninsured Motor Vehicle, contrary to Section 3(1) of the Motor Vehicles Insurance (Third Party Risks) Act.
These offences were committed on Monday, February 16, 2026, on the Good Hope Public Road. On March 2, 2026, Deane appeared at the Charity Magistrate’s Court before His Worship Ravindra Mohabir, where he pleaded guilty to all charges.
