Kelvin Burnette, a 35-year-old man from Lot 35 Line Path “E,” was arrested on March 1, 2026, by Sergeant Pellew for driving a motor vehicle while exceeding the prescribed alcohol limit and for driving an unlicensed vehicle.
Burnette was charged on March 10, 2026, and subsequently appeared before Magistrate Miss T. Hardy. He pleaded guilty to both offenses.
As a result, he was fined $200,000 for driving under the influence (DUI) and $20,000 for driving an unlicensed motor vehicle.
