Ian Fordyce, a 23-year-old taxi driver from Lot 145 Benn Street, Dartmouth, has been charged with driving while exceeding the prescribed alcohol limit. The offense occurred on March 2, 2026, on Charity Public Road.
The charge was filed under Section 39A (1) of the Motor Vehicle and Road Traffic Act, as amended by the Motor Vehicle and Road Traffic (Amendment) Act 17 of 2022.
