Godfrey Liverpool, a 32-year-old taxi driver from Lot 7, North Slip, Sparendaam, appeared at the Sparendaam Magistrate’s Court 1 before His Worship Mr. Clive Nurse, facing two counts of larceny of cattle.
Liverpool pleaded not guilty to the charges and was granted bail set at $250,000 for each count. The offenses were allegedly committed against 63-year-old Sheik Rahaman, a businessman from LBI, on September 1 and September 2, 2025, respectively.
The case has been adjourned to January 5, 2026, for further proceedings.
